The width of rims used by tires of the same specification is different, so it should be confirmed first during installation. Rim inspection includes whether the rim has defects and burrs. If there is burr, polish it first, otherwise it is easy to hang inside the tire hub, affecting the installation and use.

2. In order to ensure that the tire can be installed in place smoothly and reduce friction with the rim, during installation, the inner hub of the tire and the outer surface of the rim need to be sprayed and coated with lubricant. The lubricant can be commonly used soapy water, washing powder water, etc. If possible, special lubricant for the tire can be used, but common industrial lubricants such as grease can not be used, because they will swell the rubber and damage the tire.

3. When the tire is placed on the rim, the head shall be flat without deflection, or it will be difficult to install and swing from side to side during use. The rim must be installed in place, and the bolts must be tightened, otherwise the slip ring or the tire rim may be separated, causing danger.

4. According to the requirements of ETRTOEDI standard, tyres must be concentric when loaded on the vehicle. Different specification manufacturers and worn tires cannot be installed on the same vehicle or the same axle, and cannot be mixed with pneumatic tires, otherwise it is easy to cause personal injury and equipment accidents.
